Rental for parking (car park "Österreichischer Platz") will be 150,- € per month. In the case of short-term rental up to one month, there will be a cleaning fee of € 100.- invoiced. For long-term rental of more than one month will be a cleaning fee of € 150.- invoiced with the last rate. All prices are inclusive of VAT of currently 7% for apartment and cleaning and 19% for parking. The VAT is shown separately from the landlord.
