This 2-bedroom apartment is located in a traffic calmed area near the city center.

Calls within Germany and the cost of Internet connection are included in the rent. The second bedroom has two single beds. The windows there are safeguarded with lockable handles to enable children a safe stay in the apartment as well.

The modern bathroom offers a shower set in the bathtub. Towels and a hair dryer are available.

From the balcony you can enjoy a panoramic view over Stuttgart.

In the storage room there are other household appliances as electric iron, ironing-board and vacuum cleaner

There is also a downstairs-storage for your luggage.

Rental for parking will be 100,- € per month.

In the case of short-term rental up to one month, there will be a cleaning fee of € 100.- invoiced.

For long-term rental of more than one month will be a cleaning fee of € 150.- invoiced with the last rate.

All prices are inclusive of VAT of currently 7% for apartment and cleaning and 19% for parking.

The VAT is shown separately from the landlord.

A price increase for a change in the VAT rate is reserved.

The deposit amounts to one monthly rent.
